EQ – the Brilliance of Negative Emotions

We are raised to fear and avoid negative emotions – they will make you look weak, make you lose control. But, all emotions have value – and those we term “negative” are a rich source of growth and change. At least, they are when we master them instead of them mastering us.
Anxiety = Your perception of how dangerous something is / Your perception of your coping skills.
(it is all imaginary – but that doesn’t mean it isn’t strong. Your imagination powers stuck as well as powering motivation and change.)
